HOW IT WORKS
How do I order on your website?
It is very easy to make an order on our website. First browse our selection and choose an arrangement or item. Add the selected items to your cart and then proceed to checkout.
Then you need to fill in the information about the sender and the recipient and choose the appropriate payment method.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
After you have selected your favorite bouquet, you will be given the opportunity to write a few words on a handwritten floral card.
Can I order flowers for a date in the future?
Yes, you can order up to three weeks in advance.
Can I order same day?
Unfortunately, not at this time. All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
Is it possible to order a bouquet is not on the website?
Yes! We do custom arrangements. Please contact us for further details.

PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is there a Payment Transaction Fee?
Yes. Unfortunately, our payment service collects a 2.9% transaction fee which is reflected on the check out page.

How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order has been completed, you will see an order confirmation page along with your order details and order confirmation number. An email will also be sent to the email address you provided.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns. All orders are final. Changes and cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours in advance. No changes or cancellations on the day of delivery or pick up.

However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary at the last minute. Please feel free to reach out to us via DM, email, or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests and find a satisfactory solution.
